【Working principle】

The free semi-floating steam trap has only one semi-floating ball barrel as a moving part, with the opening facing down, and the ball barrel is the opening and closing part and the sealing part.When the device is just started, the air and low-temperature condensate in the pipeline pass through the launch pipe and enter the trap. The bimetal sheet emptying element in the valve bounces the barrel open, the valve is opened, and the air and low-temperature condensate are quickly discharged.When the steam enters the ball barrel, the ball barrel generates upward buoyancy. At the same time, the temperature in the valve rises, the bimetal sheet emptying element shrinks, the ball barrel floats to the valve port, and the valve is closed.When the steam in the ball barrel becomes condensate, the ball barrel loses its buoyancy and sinks, the valve is opened, and the condensate is quickly discharged.When the steam enters the barrel again, the valve is closed again, working intermittently and continuously.Since the valve seat is isolated from the water seal, the water vapor is separated, and there is no steam leakage during work.
